The service is operated by TexM S.r.l. and includes sign-in, image and video generation, output management, credits, subscriptions and support associated with TexM AI Vision.

2. Data we process

• Account data, such as email address, user ID, sign-in status and optionally supplied company information.
• Creative materials, such as prompts, settings, uploaded images or videos, generated outputs and task status.
• Administrative data about plans, credits, balance transactions and, where applicable, subscription status.
• Support communications and technical information needed to diagnose errors or abuse.

3. How we use this data

We use this data to authenticate users, carry out requested generations, display and provide downloads of results, manage credits and subscriptions, prevent abuse, resolve technical problems and respond to support requests.

4. Service providers and necessary transfers

We may use providers of authentication, databases, protected storage, cloud infrastructure and AI processing. Data is shared only as needed for the requested function. Technical credentials remain on the server and are not exposed to ordinary users.

5. Retention and security

Accounts, administrative records and content are retained for as long as needed for the service, security, applicable obligations and customer agreements. Temporary content links are not permanent backups. Download important results.

6. Your choices

Editable information can be updated in account settings. For access, correction or deletion requests concerning other data, email info@texmsrl.com and identify the relevant account. Some records may be retained for security, accounting, disputes or legal obligations.

7. Uploaded content and responsibility

You must have the necessary rights to uploaded materials. Do not send passwords, verification codes, private keys or unauthorized sensitive personal data. Review AI results before publication or commercial use.
