Terms of use

1. Service

TexM AI Vision provides AI-assisted tools to create images and videos, organize results and manage plans and credits. Available features depend on the assigned plan and applicable customer agreements.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for the use of your account and for protecting passwords and verification codes. Public registration requires email confirmation. After confirmation you can sign in; plans and credits are configured separately by TexM.

3. Plans, credits and generation tasks

Where available, credit costs are shown before submission. A generation may reserve credits and then settle or return them according to the outcome. Account records provide the operational reference for balances and transactions. Prices, renewals and commercial terms are those displayed in the service or agreed with the customer.

4. Your materials

You must have the necessary rights to uploaded images, videos, trademarks, text and other materials. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or unauthorized content, or materials intended to bypass security controls or third-party rights.

5. Generated results

AI results may contain errors or unexpected elements. Before publication or commercial use, review the product, people, text, trademarks, rights and compliance with applicable rules.

6. Prohibited uses

• Accessing other users’ data or bypassing limits, credits, permissions or technical controls.
• Disrupting the service, automating abuse or attempting to obtain internal keys and configuration.
• Using the service for illegal, misleading, harmful or infringing content.

7. Availability and changes

The service may experience delays, maintenance or temporary unavailability. Features, prices and rules may be updated. Material changes will be indicated in the service or applicable communications.

8. Account suspension

TexM may restrict or suspend accounts involving security risks, unlawful use, serious violations or ongoing abuse, in accordance with applicable agreements and rules.
